What does a session look like.

 

At the start of the session, there is space for you to share what is going on and what you would like to achieve. As you speak, I will feel and observe with you, asking deepening and clarifying questions.
From here, it will organically flow into your inner processing.

During the session, I will gently and lovingly guide you through your own emotional world. This way, you will gain insights that are important for you to initiate change. It will never go too deep or too fast. You will discover the tools that are already within you and learn how to work with them. In this way, you will also gain the tools that you can apply further on your own. Everything you need is already within you.

There is no fixed duration for a session. What is addressed on that level is developed. This also gives your subconscious a clear signal that you are there for yourself and take yourself seriously. How deep you go and how much you work through depends on how deep you yourself want to go, both consciously and unconsciously. The awareness that you gain in this process also brings about the change that you notice. This does not mean that you are "fixed," or that this theme will not return in your life. We are and remain human with our many special layers. It does mean that the awareness gained brings about a lasting change in you. The journey is the goal, and you determine how you want to do it. What has been done on that level is also complete on that level.
What has become conscious, does not have to be repeated anymore. The tools you have learned to use are also directly applicable to other aspects of yourself.

The duration of a session can vary from 1 hour to approximately 3 hours. This is also why I only have space for a maximum of 2 people per day. I do not make direct follow-up appointments. You are and remain responsible for your own process, and only you can feel how it unfolds. One session is not the same as another, just as one process is not the same as another. For example, it may happen that you feel after a week that you want to work through another part, but it could also be after a month or a year, or maybe once is enough for you. Everything is possible, and that flexibility is an important part of your process.

A session can be scheduled at my home practice or online, both are equally effective, it just depends on your preference.
