What does a session look like.
At the start of the session, there's room for you to share what's going on and what you'd like to achieve. As you talk, I tune in with you and ask probing and clarifying questions. From there, it naturally flows into your process of turning inward.
During the session, I guide you gently and lovingly through your own emotional world. This way, you gain the insights that are important for you to initiate change. It also ensures nothing ever goes too deep or too fast. You discover the tools that are already within you and learn how to work with them. In this way, you also get the practical tools you can continue to use on your own afterwards. After all, everything you need is already inside you.
There is no fixed duration for a session. What is addressed at that level gets worked out there. This way, you also give your subconscious a clear signal that you are there for yourself and take yourself seriously. How deep you go and how much you work through depends on how deep you consciously and unconsciously want to go. The awareness you gain in the process also brings about the change you notice. This doesn’t mean you’re "fixed" or that this theme won’t come up in your life again. We are and remain humans with our many unique layers. It does mean, however, that the awareness you gain creates a lasting change in you. The journey is the goal, and you decide how you want to do it. What is done at that level is also complete at that level. What consciousness has been created around doesn’t need to be repeated. The tools you’ve learned to use can also be directly applied to other aspects of yourself.
The duration of a session can vary from 1 hour to a maximum of 3 hours and cannot be predicted in advance. The subconscious takes the time it needs to complete the process of that moment in such a way that it also feels complete for that moment. Working with a time limit disrupts this process; the subconscious interprets this as meaning that it is not important/being taken seriously. I always advise my clients to plan enough time for a session, especially afterwards, so that you have enough rest and space to let everything integrate calmly. The sessions can be quite intense. This is also the reason why I only have space for a maximum of 2 people per day.
Since I am very efficient in what I do, I can advise the following:
- If you're stuck with yourself or have trouble relaxing, you'll already gain insight and relief in 1 session. With 3 sessions, you'll notice a permanent change.
- If you're heading towards burnout or experiencing mild depression, you'll notice permanent change with 6 sessions. By then, you'll also have enough knowledge and skills to apply what you’ve learned on your own going forward.
- If you're in the middle of a burnout, depression, PTSD, or other traumas, I recommend 9 sessions for permanent changes. After these sessions, you'll be able to apply the tools and knowledge you've gained in your daily life yourself.
You are and remain responsible for your own process, and only you can feel how it unfolds. One session is not the same as another, just like one process is not the same as another. After each session, we discuss what you can apply at home yourself, and we can look/feel together when you might want to schedule a follow-up appointment. Everything is possible, and that space is an important part of your process.
Keep in mind: no one can do your work for you, only you can, and yes, I guide you through your process as smoothly as possible.
Sessions can be scheduled at my home practice or online, both are equally effective, it just depends on what you prefer.
You have the option to specifically choose hypnosis, coaching, or constellations. You can also choose to let whatever arises during the session happen, based on what serves your process the best at that moment. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, because that gives the best results.
